Request a service
To have your product serviced by FOX, you need a Service Request (SR) number issued by the FOX Factory.
Please start this process by clicking FOX’s “Service Hub Request Form” button below.
FOX will inform you to ship your product to the FOX Service Center listed below.
To assist us in quicker processing, please mark the SR number clearly on the outside of the package.
If you have questions concerning whether your suspension is still serviceable or you would like a more detailed estimate prior to sending your products in, please e-mail a detailed picture of your Fox product to sales@ridefoxafrica.co.za
